Ikan Bakar @ Semenyih

Time flies, i already spent half of my uni life here in semenyih! It cannot be denied that semenyih isn't a food heaven, we even got headache sometimes when thinking what to eat for lunch or dinner. Variety wise, it has nothing to compliment about. About food quality, it considered not bad!

To try this ikan bakar, u will need to know the left-turn junction from semenyih main road which will lead you  to our Uni first. After a 10 mins of country road driving, you will reach Broga Village. Broga Village is jus 50% of the journey. Seeing a chinese temple, take the road on the left and u will reach this Ikan Bakar restaurant. it is abit out of way but people just drive all the way in!!!

Quite a nice environment when it is not under a hot sun!

p/s: there are 2 ikan bakar in broga. One is Pokok Jati Ikan Bakar which jus few minutes form our uni.

But this is the one very very deep inside the village one. So, please get urself right ya!

Restaurant 53 @ Semenyih

I m sure nottingham students must had heard about Restaurant 52 in semenyih! Despite of their nice food such as Guinness Style Pork Ribs and other nice food, time consuming when having dinner there is another major problem for us. Unless u really have time to spend over your dinner, otherwise, i would rather choose another restaurant.

One of the evening, me and my dinner gang planned to eat over 52 without realising that was their off-day. So, we drove further abit and we found another restaurant named: Restaurant Sing Kee. This restaurant is a small family business and it is easy to be recognised since it is beside a Chinese temple.

To make it easy to remember, i named it restaurant 53!

To be, their curry wild boar is nicer than “Jia Xiang” restaurant in Broga.

U-Village Restaurant@ Sg Wang (Revisit)

As i told you before, the only restaurant i will eat when i visit sg wang is U-Village. It jus so unexplainable! That evening, 7pm, being random,  we came all the way from semenyih to Lowyat  to buy his Dell Studio, he wish his name to be omitted due to privacy issue (Coz he is just too famous already).

i ordered this. it served with some vegis, and fried chicken  rm8.90

Yau Ma Tei Butter chicken rice. rm8.90
One of my fav!!

Seafood Fried Rice. Not recommended. rm13.90

Despite the ‘weird’ smell inside the restaurant. It still an ‘ok-ok’ place to rest after shopping activities. Remember to order their bottomless milk tea!!
